Please read this policy carefully before using the website or purchasing a service.
Customer satisfaction and eligibility
Our priority is complete customer satisfaction. If a customer is dissatisfied with the services provided, a refund may be considered, subject to the genuineness of the complaint and verification upon investigation. Refunds shall be governed by the specific terms and conditions applicable to each service/deal. Customers are advised to carefully review all applicable terms and conditions before availing of any service.
Cancellation policy
Once the service has been initiated, cancellation due to a change of mind shall not be permissible. Where the Customer requests suspension/hold of processing, the Company reserves the right to make reasonable efforts to complete the service before considering any refund.
If the service remains incomplete and a refund is approved, the refund shall be subject to deduction of 25% cancellation charges, fees earned/incurred, and all Government, statutory, or third-party fees paid or payable in connection with the service.
Refund policy
Refunds shall be issued only where, upon internal review, it is determined that the Company has failed to deliver the agreed services. Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@lex5nance.com.
No refund shall be due to the extent the fees have been utilized towards service delivery, including time, effort, and resources incurred. Government fees, statutory charges, taxes, and third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.
Service outcome disclaimer
The outcome or completion timeline of any service is subject to the decisions, processes, backlogs, and technical issues of the concerned Government Authorities. LEX5NANCE shall not be responsible for any rejection, delay, non-response, or technical issue beyond its reasonable control, and no refund shall be payable on such ground.
Force majeure
LEX5NANCE shall not be liable for any breach, cessation, interruption, delay, or non-performance of its obligations caused by any event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government or court actions, changes in law, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, technical disruptions, or other Force Majeure Events, whether foreseeable or otherwise.
