Priority service
Priority Service: Customers requiring expedited processing may avail of our Priority Service by paying an additional fee of ₹399/- (Rupees Three Hundred Ninety-Nine only) plus applicable GST, in addition to the applicable service fee. The expected response time for Priority Service is generally within 10 minutes to 24 business hours, subject to the nature of the service, availability of required information/documents, and any dependency on government authorities, third parties, or other external factors. Payment of the Priority Service fee does not guarantee completion of the service within a specified period and only entitles the customer to priority handling, wherever reasonably practicable.
Cancellation and refund
Once payment has been successfully made, the order shall not be eligible for cancellation. No refund shall be issued except where Lex5nance Consultancy Services Private Limited cancels the order or fails to perform the contracted service. All refunds, if applicable, shall be subject to the terms and conditions of our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Guarantee
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lex5nance Consultancy Services Private Limited disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
